  * Transport Design and Implementation of 5G, LTE and CDMA end-to-end mobile networks. Engineered and provisioned core/edge routers in layer 2 and layer 3 configurations. Various hardware platforms were used including Nokia, Cisco, Juniper. Implementations included, but not limited to BGP, OSPF, MLPPP over SONET and and Ethernet Backhaul networks. Dual router configurations were implemented using SONET APS at the router interfaces.* Responsible for engineering, design and implementation of a complex campus-wide SONET communication network in the Alcatel-Lucent Whippany location. Utilized Tellabs Titan 5500 SONET DACS and LambdaUnite as the central hub with OC3/OC12 connectivity to various labs both within and outside of the campus. * Engineered SS7 network between multiple 5ESS/ECP complexes and Tekelec Eagle STP pair. Created a point code scheme and provisioned STP with SS7 parameters and point code assignments.* Team Leader responsible for planning and deliverables for the lab transport design. Held bi-weekly status meetings to ensure deliverables were on time. * Support corporate wide cost reduction initiatives by proposing equipment re-use and working with outside vendors to determine lower cost lab equipment solutions. Examples include analysis of bandwidth versus cost in the migration from T1/T3 to OC3 between the Whippany, NJ and Naperville, Ill campuses.* Critical reviewer for engineering requirements documents pertaining to the design and implementation of IP and transport networks.
