      Working at Goodwill I was immediately given the opportunity to manage two stores in the company. One in Beverly Hills and the other in the Downtown area. As store manager I would supervise staff, scheduling and payroll. I would be the main one to interview and train new staff members. I would of course ensure excellent customer service, staff relations, merchandising and hitting our sales goal.

      Being a Licensed Esthetician at Petite Spa means specializing in treating skin with a holistic approach with little technological enhancements. Our main product line is Eminence Organics as well as Epicuren. Our services tend to rely more on relaxation and facial massage using tools like Gua Sha to help with lymphatic drainage. However, upon client request we can add advanced modalities such as Nuface, high frequency, and Celluma LED. We also perform full body waxing only using natural honey wax. As a Spa Manager my goal was to create new protocols and seek new services. As part of the creating new protocols, my duty also entailed training all associates.
