We would go to different amusement parks and use measuring tools to extract the dimensions of different devices and then reverse design them using mechanical design software such as CATIA and Solidworks.

  Maintenance Mechanic

  It was a CHP (Combined Heat and Power) power plant with 5.5 MW power production and 100000 Lit/Day distilled water. We had 5 gas engine manufactured by GUASCOR company (Spain) and they produce 5.5 MW electric power and from their exhaust manifold we used to 5 fire tube boilers in order to produce super heated steam (in 8 bar pressure and 600 Kg/hr flow ratio) for Desalination unit. This unite used super heat steam in order to produce distilled water with TDS 1-5 from row water with TDS 4000. I was there as a mechanical engineer and was responsible for all mechanical maintenance such as: Periodic and Overhaul repairs of gas engines, reconditioning cylinder heads, inspect and changing pistons, rings. bearings, liners. connecting rods and etc, inspect and changing turbochargers kit, periodic and overhaul repairs oil coolers, air coolers, boilers, desalination unit and, pumps and other mechanical stuffs.   Qaem Hospital is placed in Rasht city and has 2 gas engine from GUASCOR company with 2.2 MW electrical power production. I invited there for changing one of their cam shaft and doing the 15000 and 30000 hr overhaul maintenance.

Production and equipping of condenser refrigeration systems - evaporators - coils - car air conditioners - compression chillers. I was there as mechanical engineer. That was my responsibility to design structures and mechanical stuffs of chillers, condensers, evaporators, coils and etc by CATIA software.
