  I joined Schlumberger in Sept,2012 as a Trainee- Subsea, expert Training was given in Europe Learning centre, after performing operator and chief operator jobs for Subsea operations in KG basin, got a chance to get cross trained in Surface Well Testing in 2014 and continued as chief operator for well test till 2016. As Subsea activity picked up in India, now I am back to subsea as Supervisor for direct Hydraulics operations. Playing a major role in:Planning & Designing :. Communication with client. Selecting equipment as per well requirement. Preparing P&ID for the job.Preparation :. Deciding equipment layout as per rig visit.. Job documentation. Hazard analysis and risk control (Safety concerns)Execution :. Job load outs and equipment certifications. Rigging up and down the equipment. Leading operations (sampling, job readings, events, flowing and diverting the well as per client's program)Close out:. Preparing field tickets. Job close out and documentation. Show less
