  ADP has many divisions: I was a trainer to independent companies in the collision repair industry. I serviced over 400 customers across Indiana and Illinois by visiting them regularly and conducting monthly training opportunities. In addition to these regular duties, as an MCSE, I was asked to support ADP software when deployed in a client server environment, no matter where customers were these customers were located as they encountered problems. While I had thousands of hours of experience in public speaking prior, this opportunity expanded my expertise enhancing my skills allowing me to transition to technical training with its specific goals and needs.
