M-PESA Africa currently operates in 7 countries-Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Lesotho, Ghana, and South Africa and DRC.Responsibilities:Responsible for driving the evolution and adoption of products and customers across the aforementioned 7 countries within the International Money Transfer (IMT) space:- Working with IMT Product manager to come up with the IMT Road map and owning the vision for delivery of the objectives set.Working with product manager to ensure features are well documented, and that business priority is understood and aligned with team activities.- Working with subject SME in these 7 countries to understand their requirements and support in the definition of features and user stories- Owning and prioritizing the team backlog to ensure market needs are addressed as need be.- Creating features and user stories that will guide as reference for implementation- Solution design review for IMT integration with the MTOs.- Collaborating with the Systems Architect to assist with decision-making and prioritization of technical enablers (Technical design alignment and review)-Guide the IMT Partners on the integration design specifications (APIs).- Work with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure that the right compliance requirements are provided and upheld in the IMT implementation.- Validating story results to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria that has been set (Done)-Deliver Product Demo to the team.
