I also defined the strategy, wrote and prioritized requirements as well as directed the work of several teams totalling 35 people on a daily basis. I kept abreast of technologies, techniques, products and customer needs and wants that may have been implemented to enhance the company's product range and overall performance.

I had full P&L responsibility for my gaming categories, including online (paf.com, apuestasrojiblancas.com and casinogoodtime.com) as well as live operations (land and ship) in all countries in which Paf operates. This also included responsibility for the technical development of my categories. I defined the strategic roadmap for my product areas and set KPIs to measure the business. I worked closely with our Country Managers to ensure optimal results were achieved and cross promotion was exploited. I also made numerous negotiations with existing partners to innovatively expand Paf's co-operations and strove to set up new effective partnerships.
