My main achievements are: • Started a sales team specialized in Optical Fiber, with 85 people in charge, leading the process and achieving a budget compliance of 110% per month • Participate in the definition of the deployment of the optical fiber (OF) net in Región Metropolitana, with a forecast of 1MM access for the year 2017-2019 jointly with the Technical OF Manager Team. • Organized the "Sales Experience project", an instance of training for field sales representatives to increase sales, which resulted in a 7% improvement in sales in 2017.
