  Prepare detailed engineering design, program of work and cost estimates of agricultural infrastructure, postharvest facilities and proposed irrigation projects.Conduct ocular survey/assessment/evaluation, process and drafting designs of agricultural infrastructure, postharvest facilities and proposed irrigation projects (Small Water Impounding Project, Diversion Dam, & Small Scale Irrigation Projects) utilizing Auto Cad.Conduct agro hydrologic and feasibility studies for Small Scale Irrigation Projects technical construction/installation, supervision and monitoring of agricultural structures and postharvest facilities (Rice Processing Complex) and also in the distribution agricultural machineries under the DA Rice Mechanization Program.Conduct validation of proposed irrigation and farm to market road projects.Coordinate with Local Government Units and or other agencies pertaining to all agricultural engineering projects of the Regional Field Office.Perform other functions as instructed by immediate supervisor necessary for the fulfillment and delivery satisfactory output.
