  Cultivate and steward donors to secure outright and deferred gifts to the Foundation. Raised $10.8M in the past 5 years through 60+ new funds. During tenure at the Foundation, the endowment has grown from $124M to its current value of $163M. Operational oversight and fiscal management of a $2.2M budget as well as leading a team of five employees. Recruitment and on-boarding of new Foundation staff. Coordination of staff training and employee conflict resolution.Management of all external and internal marketing with the goal of showcasing the work of the GWCF. Highlights include: increasing press hits to more than 130/year from 19/year in 2015. Created an annual donor (hard copy) report and monthly e-newsletter. Manage and produce 6+ donor recognition events and educational programs per year (averaging 100 participants per event). Leadership role in the development and execution of special initiatives of the Foundation. In last five years the Foundation has implemented its Early Childhood Initiative, partnered with the Barr Foundation on executing Creative Worcester, and the re-implementation of Leadership Worcester – a co-managed leadership program with the Worcester Chamber of Commerce.
