Coordinates only as needed with the manager to prioritize assignments and use assigned resources, assists upper level management and other employees in day-to-day operations, and when necessary, acts as manager for other support staff to coordinate multiple assignments, manages the calendar/schedule including meeting and travel itineraries for the manager, manages schedule for classrooms and manages schedule for company vehicles. I also do weekly and monthly reports, setting up any travel arrangements and meetings, inventory and ordering of supplies and office equipment when needed, and other administrative duties as needed.
