Provide schedule, cost, and risk analysis of shipbuilder performance as it relates to new construction for the Navy's LPD 17 Class; conduct intensive analysis of the shipbuilder's Integrated Master Schedule and schedule critical path; return analysis to the LPD 17 Program Office for use in program decisions regarding schedule changes, funding, incentive payments, and future programs; develop Earned Value metrics to determine past performance and future trends; attend shipbuilder sea trials to track schedule and status of all system test events.
