       Whole Ship coordinator – managing the daily tasks of up to 150 personnel in all departments of a nuclear submarine. Prepared detailed staff reports and feedback on the success of team exercises. Managed and controlled access to many nationally and internationally sensitive documents. Office Manager in 6 separate offices with up to 18 staff directly reporting to me. Responsible for the conduct and discipline of 150 people including their adherence to both Naval and Civil law. Routinely required to investigate offences by individuals some resulting in the bringing of charges. Exercise budget control in excess of £1,500,000. Production and updating of training documentation and training aids including recording of training statistics.  Coordinated policy and committee meetings including agendas and production of minutes. Identified the training requirements of up to 30 recruits during initial Royal Naval Reserve training periods. Provided education support to Service personnel including the booking and invigilation of examinations and recording of necessary details, booking of university courses and resettlement training for personnel leaving the services.  Responsible for training of Officers in personnel management and Dived Submarine Ship Control Officer of the Watch Duties. Conducted training and assessment in all aspects of submarine basic knowledge, extensive submarine knowledge for Ship Control Officer of the Watches and Officer of the Days, Submarine Escape and Rescue. Coordinated ceremonial events and VIP visits both nationally and internationally. Project managed the manpower and training aspects for many events including the commissioning of a nuclear submarine, global submarine deployments including war patrols and disaster relief operations including flooding, foot and mouth and fireman’s strike.
