I got promoted from ASE - SE in same project and Then I have taken more responsibilities under this role. started independently on code changes/ JCL and incidents. Started my career as ASE in Accenture and under this role, i entered in IT field and started transition on Technical side which is mainframe, COBOL,JCL in Insurance project(Hartford Insurance Group, US).
