  As part of the SSENSE Customer care team, I have learned how to deal with customersvia the phone and email. I could learn customer needs, what they are expecting from SSENSE. Also, I was in charge of Korean customers who does not speak English. Lots of Korean customers who purchase product directly from Korea believe SSENSE has Korean translator, so sometimes they just sent an email in Korean, and I was helping customer experience team by translating/taking care of them. I was also helping othee teams such as marketing, to communicate with one of the most famous portal site in Korea, NAVER, to register SSENSE in their website so the Korean customer can have better/easier access to SSENSE.   As Korean Localization Quality Assurance, I have learned how to work while this special COVID-19 situation at home, such as cooperating with team members, discussingabout the work, etc. I am in charge of checking whether translation is properlyimplemented within the game, modifying the translation to match the context and providing translation as per request.
