  As the Office Manager, I managed the URS Profit & Loss center of environmental, civil, municipal engineers and planners serving the Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania area. I opened a Branch office in southern Delaware and we expanded services to over a dozen new municipalities. During that time period, the number of municipal clients went from fifteen to thirty municipalities with open-ended contracts providing a variety of engineering and planning services. The office grew from 43 to a peak of 70 full-time employees.
