      For his second year rotation in the PARDP program, Frederic is working as a Policy Analyst for the Market Access and Trade division in the Trade, Economics and Industry Branch of the Canadian Forest Service. Frederic is a Policy Analyst for the Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan Secretariat. He coordinates intergovernmental and stakeholder cooperation on the Plan’s strategic directions: Communities and Science, Technology and Innovation. He also assists senior management in the development of actions for the upcoming Canadian Minerals and Metals Action Plan.
