      Support Officer, Copac Challenge Fund

      This was my first professional post, and involved me continuing the work of the Copac Challenge Fund, which involved expanding Copac's coverage to include more specialist research collections, to the benefit of the UK research and education communities. I worked on loading the libraries which had been already identified, and scoped the UK library scene to produce a report on how we could continue the work of the Challenge Fund.As part of this work, I conducted phone interviews with librarians from Challenge Fund institutions, including heads of library services.
