      Oversee all aspects of portfolio that currently consists of over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial office, retail, and residential properties. Assist and support the CEO/Owner in establishing strategic plans and overall direction of the Company. Overall responsibility for the Company’s investment, development, and leasing activities, including market analysis and evaluation; site selection; zoning and municipal approvals; financial analysis and feasibility of proposed development and investment projects; participating in procuring appraisals and financing; architectural and construction procurement and oversight. Responsible for expanding portfolio in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and maximizing performance and value for the Company; assembled and stabilized 400,000 square feet of new investment of multiple tenant office buildings. Managed all aspects of the Company’s hospitality division which included a historic 1500 seat multi-purpose theatre, two restaurants, and two nightclubs. Supervised a staff of over 70 employees.
