      Completed full 80-hour rotation commitment at Walgreens in Atlanta, Georgia where I successfully fulfilled the expected eleven core domains of learning and received exceptional evaluations for all feedback given in the following areas: Patient safety, Patient assessment, Medication information, Identification and assessment of medical related problems, pharmaceutical calculations, Ethical/professional/legal behavior, communication abilities, patient counseling, drug information research, insurance claim management, and general health and wellness of the patient population. My role here included accurately provided specific patient care. This included a variety of services ranging from immunizations to personal medication therapy management. I was directly responsible for counseling patients on both prescription and OTC items for their specific disease state. Daily duties included calculated proper renal dosages for common antibiotic and anticoagulation drugs, adjusting therapy plans to better suit patient specific therapeutic needs, meeting with individual or groups of nursing and physician staff to address concern and formulate alternative therapy plans for patients.
