      After 3 great years of providing a variety of assistance to homeowners in the GTA (mainly Oakville, and Mississauga area), we successfully established a consistent clientele who would loyally seek our services on a seasonal basis. The name "Gardens Etc." truly emphasized how we specialized in providing efficient and effective yardwork while staying open to providing various types of able assistance in other indoor or outdoor property maintenance. As Co-Owner, my duties to keep our business successful included but weren't limited to:-Seeking clients who can provide work opportunities and reaching out to offer services.-Establishing a brand & brand strength through a logo, business cards, and marketing direction.-Ensuring an optimal relationship between the company and its clients by addressing all customer service-related needs.-Recording the work requirements of a given job, then delivering instructions within the team to establish the most effective way to complete the given tasks.-Providing various indoor and outdoor, labour-based services depending on the client's needs.-Established a basis for strong teamwork alongside enforced safety measures to ensure jobs were completed adequately with a high standard of safety practices to protect employees and clients' property.       CDAP Digital Marketing Advisor | Canadian Council for Indigenous Business

      Working for the inaugural cohort of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business' branch of the Canada Digital Adoption program, I developed my experience in eCommerce practices, website platforms, advertising, copywriting, and marketing as a whole. This position incorporated frequent client outreach, customer service requirements, and problem-solving skills, alongside the utilization of various digital tools (such as search engine optimization, Google Ads and Analytics) in supporting businesses' short-term digital goals. Since this digital marketing advisor role was based in a digital collaboration (work from home) environment, I've also become advanced in utilizing HubSpot’s CRM platform, digital organization skills, and effective time management. Working to deliver the CDAP program allowed me to make meaningful contributions to assist Indigenous-owned businesses and utilize my creative thinking in areas such as graphic or website design, copywriting, and critical thinking to optimize client marketing practices. In addition to the client relationship management portion of the role, the team-based aspect of delivering CDAP allowed me to become advanced in using the Slack platform to support colleagues or collaborate. Early in my employment, I took the initiative to lead an eCommerce site-building tutorial that has been archived for future training use. Additionally in my final week of employment, I was notably recognized by management as a top performing Advisor that has made meaningful contributions from the start of the program.
