  This role had me diving into the exciting world of attracting talent, engaging talent, developing, rewarding and retaining talent, how and what to that create's an environment to keep people engaged and what are the stats telling us, what insights can we get to improve as an Employer of choice, e.g. Turn-over - what’s driving the movements?  Its an amazing area with talent pipeline, creating that dream with youngsters, and providing the opportunities to experience the dream through workplace practical opportunities, attachments Its amazing as it allows school students to identify early, what a work environment is like, the etiquette, and so forth.Its all about branding and succession planning, and performance, career paths, and role clarity, Job Sizing and benchmarking against market, its about engagement surveys and do the surveys tell the truth or is it a reflection of perception, its about how do we create an employee brand that engages potential talent, attracts, and how can we retain and keep them engaged?
