  During my tenure with this world-renowned proprietary Golf and Country Club, I held the role of Golf Operations Supervisor from 2010 to 2011 before advancing to the position of Operations Manager which I held from 2012 to 2014. In 2014 I was promoted to the role of Director of Golf.The facilities included 2 Championship courses, an Academy, large Retail Shop, multiple F&B outlets, a Country Club and Tennis Academy. There was a golf membership of circa 1,000, with 70K rounds of golf played annually. The Club has hosted the DP World Tour Championship, the final stage of the European Tour’s Race to Dubai annually since 2009, attracting more than 65K spectators and global TV audiences of 500 million each year. I led a large multi-national team in the management of daily operational and maintenance processes, implemented best practices to optimise staff productivity and efficiency, whilst delivering exceptional customer service for members and guests. I reorganised the departmental structure to promote succession planning, establish the development of individuals and create promotion tracks for direct reports and internal talent. I managed and delivered on-time and on-cost completions of multiple capital investment and replacement projects as well as transitioned operations to a new all-encompassing clubhouse facility.►Collaborated in the development and management of a restructuring strategy resulting in over 900 new members and 291% increase in member revenues from 2011 to 2017.►Achieved a departmental turnover increase of 50% from £2.32M to £3.49M and drove 88% increase in corporate green fees and 146% growth in international green fees for total green fee revenue growth of £740K and more than 70K rounds of golf scheduled annually. ►Generated increase in retail turnover of 88% through inventory control, budget administration, and cost of sales shrinkage of 1%.   Managed daily operations for the delivery of five-star golf experiences to more than 700 members plus guests and visitors at an internationally respected golf resort with three championship courses, the hosting of 95K rounds of golf each year. Numerous member and guest facilities included golf courses, an academy, a 25 bay riving range, three clubhouses, and four retail shops. I directed the execution of the strategy for improving operations, championing the adoption of best practices and new technologies, and increasing profits.
