  • Built a MVP web application on the topic of AI ethics and Explainable AI (XAI) - Ensure fairness and explainability for black-box models using various metrics (ex. Rate Parity) and techniques (ex. Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations (LIME) & SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP)) to inform risks to the clients.• Focused on building ethical and trustworthy AI solutions and explaining concepts by applying pillars from Deloitte's Trustworthy AI framework, particularly fairness and transparency to ensure responsible development and deployment of AI that minimizes bias and fosters user understanding.• Automated manual work using Python such as extracting information from the server and perform comparison and check to hardening guidelines, extracting data in PDF files and converting them into structured Excel format.• Built a Streamlit app to demo the effects of Adversarial Attacks on image recognition by using Fast Gradient Sign Method (FGSM) to inform risks of AI.• Experimented on document similarity task (Natural Language Processing) using various libraries such as TF-IDF, Doc2Vec and SpaCy by converting documents into vector and perform vector similarity.   • Developed AgileAP, an accounts payable and receivable application that achieved accreditation from IMDA to be one of the Peppol-ready (InvoiceNow) solution providers enabling businesses to connect to the Peppol network and send/receive e-invoices with ease.• Built new AI models and improved user interface enabling efficient document extraction and expanding its document extraction capabilities using AI for Final Year Project-extended project, FlashOCR that received the LHL IDM Smart Nation Award. Integrated FlashOCR with AgileAP to allow automated invoice processing uploaded by the users.• Developed an Streamlit application leveraging OpenAI's API and Langchain that provides question-answering and text-to-chart functionalities by querying directly to database (Chatting and charting with your data). Utilized FAISS to create a vector database and perform a similarity search for document query functionalities. Integrated with in-house products such as AgileAP to provide a smart bot assistant that answers questions, provides recommendation and context tailored to each user. Show less
