  I worked as a research assistant in the Industrial Engineering Department of Hacettepe University between 2013 - 2021. As a research assistant, I was actively be involved in research activities of the department. prepared teaching materials including lecture notes and student assignments for several courses. I conducted recitation classes for “Introduction to Optimization and Modeling,” “Deterministic Operations Research” and “Probability and Statistics for Engineers” courses. I was the Erasmus Coordinator of the department. I was also responsible for managing the webpage and several databases of the department.In my master's thesis, I investigated the effects of autocorrelation during Phase I analysis, as well as the effect of Phase I analysis on the performance of Phase II implementations. I have also published a paper in 2016 from my thesis in Quality Engineering, a well-known journal in the area of quality Additionally, I have been involved in a paper related with developing a methodology to select quality improvement projects, which is published in Quality Management in Healthcare, in 2017. My Ph.D. thesis is ongoing and my current thesis title is Preference-Based Heuristics to Bi-Objective UAV Route Planning.I have also increased my teaching experiences. I have prepared several teaching materials including presentations, lecture notes,and student assignments. Furthermore, I have some recitation hours for the Operation Research course offered to undergraduate students. Show less
