Was advanced to co-ordinating schedules of the other service techs. Handled customer complaints, ordering products, worked with other departments and mangers to resolve issues. Moved north to Edmonton and filled all roles relating to service department. Established the new service department and worked with head office to create a successful functioning department to meet the customers needs. Show less
