      In this position, I directed a team responsible for $150M annual sales of GPS Solutions to North America Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), InterOffice Exchange Carrier (IXC) and incumbent service providers. The team provided ‘Total Network Solutions’ and ‘Total OSS Solutions’ consisting of marketing, business consulting, planning, network design, OSS implementation, network integration and network operations. Technology included voice, contact center, optical, data and application solutions. Show less As Manager and then Senior Manager, I managed 12 CS sales engineers across 6 North American regions. Customers included ILECs, CLECs, ISPs, cable media providers and IXCs. I developed a partnership and closed a lucrative deal with BSLD that provided up to $250M upside in future growth. The partnership enabled Nortel to create and design a long-distance telecom company for the ILEC in 18 months.
