I provide brief intervention, information, education and referrals at the Brisbane Domestic and Family Violence Court in Brisbane. I facilitate an education and information session for clients who have come into contact with the criminal justice system for minor drug related offences. I also conduct detailed health and social assessments, in order to best identify client needs and provide appropriate referrals. My role as client liaison officer was to support clients develop their life skills through providing emotional and social support, advocacy and education.
