Used CRISPR to edit genome of HeLa cells to attempt to tag and locate proteins of interest within the nuclear membrane. Learned pipette work, Western blotting, immunofluorescence (IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP). Tested efficacy of custom-ordered antibody against protein of interest via blotting and IF. Copy-edited paper later published in eLife.
