  I was given an introduction to HR in the construction industry and was able to use HR systems, JD Edwards, eArcu and Dayforce, to carry out the onboarding processes. I learnt how to navigate Microsoft Teams from the various meetings that I had. I utilised excel, after receiving responses from a survey that I had created, to present data based on student placements. I also created a more efficient staff tracker using excel.

I liaised with stakeholders from assistant level to regional managing partner level. I completed tasks such as research for RSM as a whole and creating a wellbeing poster for the new upcoming wellbeing project.

  At this event, I was able to learn from the inspiring panellists about their experiences working in the industry as a woman. I also gained a deeper insight into the application process I signed up to this event to gain a better understanding of systems and technology used for banking. I was able to hear recent graduate experiences on the junior talent programs and gained an deeper insight into the UBS recruitment process. I was able to hear more about who UBS are, about their culture, keys to success and employee networks. I also learnt more about the recruitment process and heard from a panel of women who currently work at UBS. It was refreshing to hear about their experiences in finance.
