  Project Abstract:The documents required to develop the SAP interfaces are first created. Then the SAP interfaces are developed using SAP XI. Then they are sent in a regular basis via the SAP XI technology between the sender and the receiver.These interfaces are to be checked whether they are sent and received without any issues. If any issues are found, they are rectified. Also, they are updated in the database table in a regular basis. The status is also regularly updated in the database; Project work done during Sharepoint training:We have created a site for maintaining the status of a particular project in a company. This consists of various titles such as Vision and Scope, Communication Plan, Process Improvement link, Issues and Risks, Meetings and Events etc.These various parts of the site help us in understanding the vision and scope of the project better, plan accordingly, know of the issues and the risks, how to improve the process, meetings and events that are taking place, having the related documents and reports and adding new reports.All these are given as separate tabs in the site so that they can be accessed independently whenever needed.   E-Mail & Chat; The objective of this project is to bill the customers, using water service from Thames Water, on the correct consumption. Water meters will be fitted in customer’s home to measure the consumption. Meter Reader will be sent on behalf of Thames Water to read the meter. Based on the comments of the Meter Reader queues known as PWQ (Pending Work Queue) will be generated. These queues have to be cleared by billing the customers on the exact consumption. Also the problems of the customer should be taken care of. If the problem still persists, job should be raised for the field engineers of Thames Water to take care of the problem. It also involves getting the reading from the customer through phone.The ultimate aim of the project is Customer Satisfaction. It is also the motive of Thames Water. The customer should be billed for his consumption. At the same time he should be billed for the correct amount. It should neither be high as it would affect the customer nor it should not be low as it would affect Thames Water Show less
