   Responsible for the project management of Mill Burn Flood Alleviation Scheme (£6.2M). Consultation and liaising with stakeholders such as SEPA and other authorities, utilities, public members and Councilors for oncoming/ongoing projects.  Preparation and administration of NEC3 PSC and ECC (Options A&B) contracts. Preparing/working on Scotland Excel Contracts, Public Contracts Scotland and small in-house contracts on daily basis for various type of works/services, including tendering, awarding and inspection of works. Designing projects based on DMRB, CIRIA and SEPA guidance and tense use of Flood Risk Management Act (2009), MCHW and CDM regulations. Consultation on planning applications regarding flooding and drainage issues/measures. Site visits during/after flood incident to investigate problems and search/propose solutions. Design of drainage infrastructures (culverts, headwalls etc.) using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Undertaking topographical surveys with robotic total stations (TRIMBLE, LEICA), GPS/GNSS receiver and theodolite and extract them on MX.
