My role has encapsulated a diverse set of tasks, each contributing to the overall success and efficiency of projects under my purview.Client Communication & leading technical team - I was the single point of contact of the clients for all the projects. I attended all the co-ordination meetings & managed a team of 10 people .Study project documents (Shop Drawings - Red-Markups - Equipment Submittals - RFl's - QS) and update the BIM model accordingly. - Prepare the BIM models for the Facility Management phase through adding the owner's required parameters & filling them from project documents according to the BIM Execution Plan. - Check the BIM models for clashes using Navisworks to validate the updates & export clash reports for the consultant's to check. - Coordinate the As-Built works with (Site Engineers - HQ - Third Party -Consultant) to ensure the compliance of the works with the shop drawings and the company standards. - Produce the updated As-Built Drawings & the updated QS.-MAJs creation for downloaded map for sheet metal fabricators in fabrication Job.-Closely work with Revit API developer to bring in-house Revit add-ins like piece numbering, Auto sleeve placement and Auto hanger placement.Rewards & Recognition:1.
