      Robert J. Reilly received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Francis University in Political Science and is backed by over a decade of experience with institutional collections. Mr. Reilly manages the day-to-day operations of the company while operating as the key liaison between RTR and its clients during transition phases. Ensuring continual support and open communication with clients, such as working with an IT department to ensure successful data transfers, is a large part of his role. Mr. Reilly has played a leadership role in creating RTR's staff training programs and recently worked in detail with the new hospital billing system that has come into the NY tri-state area, Epic. Determined to train his staff on the system at an expert level, Mr. Reilly traveled to Wisconsin to meet the makers of Epic where he gained a first hand understanding of the very program that is used daily by RTR's clients and staff.
