    I am a seasoned sales and marketing leader driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness for B2B and B2C companies. I have successfully led and scaled teams across multiple regions and channels, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional results for clients in various industries. As the VP of Sales and Marketing at eSec, I am responsible for developing and executing the global sales and marketing strategy, and achieving year-over-year increase in revenue, increase in customer retention, and increase in market share. I am passionate about building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, as well as empowering and developing my team members. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate with others who share my vision of creating value and impact through sales and marketing excellence. Before that I was a Strategic Account Manager with GlobalSign, one of the oldest Root Certificate Authority (RCA) of the world. My role there was to understand the customer pain points around cyber security and help them tackle it with bouquet of products that GlobalSign offers. Prior to that I was working with Ericsson in the role of a commercial manager, responsible for giving strategic pricing for the Positioning of Key deals, negotiating with the customer to secure maximum Recurring Revenue, delivering impactful proposals through creative thinking and innovative problem-solving and maintaining the Ericsson pricing Principles in Africa, Latin America. Before moving into that, I was in the role of Consultant, Business and Market Intelligence team, a part of bid office, doing secondary market research and assisting various stakeholders across regions and domains. Prior to that, I've had experience of around 3 and half years with Infosys. At "Infosys", I started my career as an Android developer. Over the period of three and half years, I learnt about the mobility domain in general and media and communication industry in specific. The clients for whom I have worked ranges from a leading Cable company to a gaming industry leader and a short stint with the biggest start up in Indian telecom Industry. In this journey, apart from my technical responsibilities, I got the chance to lead small teams and take ownership of independent modules. Apart from that I was part of the team, writing and suggesting RFPs for new prospective clients.
