      Began working with this company in 1974. Promoted to senior operator January 2000. At one of the largest TMP plants in the world. As the TMP department trainer I developed technical training materials that included training plans, competency checklists and learning guides. I was responsible for the scheduling and delivery of a considerable amount of knowledge and information to co-workers during one of the mills largest operations transition. As a founding member of the Elk Falls Asset Care Team I assisted in the development and implementation of the program at that site. As the TMP SMT (Subject matter expert) I was the lead in prioritizing of the mechanical pulping asset hierarchy and actively participated in the training and information transfer in the mechanical pulping plant.
