I also focused on Creative Writing; achieving a first-class dissertation for the beginning chapters of a novel, and completing modules in 'Creative Writing: Building a Short Story' and 'Writing for Children and Young Adults,' achieving a first in both modules. I received an award for exemplary work in my second year, achieving a mark of 83 for my writer’s journal; a creative 200 pages+ piece, documenting the behind the scenes of our creative work.
