This store sold Florida Lottery, so I became very knowledgeable about the lottery system, games and sales.

During the calls, I answer billing questions, take payments, trouble shoot, transfer calls, transition service plans, order service calls. I used knowledge base articles daily to guide me.   In my position, I coordinate and oversee the HVAC technician’s work. My responsibilities include communicating with multiple HVAC techs, and organizing services calls so that the HVAC technicians are sent to a variety of locations in a timely manor. I translate the needs of the customer to the HVAC technicians, whether it be a service call, or preventive maintenance. I provide logistical support to technicians while communicating with both the customer and the technician. I use Service Titan software specifically designed for HVAC companies. On a daily basis, I have to have great communication skills and multi task. I handle accounts receivable, I make outbound calls to collect payment or schedule maintenances. I do common office duties on daily basis, while maintaining a schedule and answer the phones. Show less
