As co-founder, I wore a few hats. In my most central role, I managed a team of Art & Design interns to produce the design concepts of a unique 3D learning story game where the player gets to impact the outcomes. We merged high-quality art work and cel-shaded characters of an animated film, with gameplay sensibilities of an adventure. Players' creativity and problem solving helped to direct the story. Each chapter came with highly distinguished environments. As players traveled through unique worlds, they learned core technical & life skills. These skills allowed them to continue to imagine and develop their own story. It was my responsibility to coordinate with each intern (I managed 8) to ensure their progress, and called weekly status update team meetings to get everyone to sync up to understand needs and progress. Contracted by GameCapsuleTV (to cover Can/Am Hockey, ESWG, ICWG, Northwood School, + MiracleOnIceFantasyCamp), Paul Smith's College 🏒 + 🏀 and HockeyTV. These are major regional & international hockey tournaments in the olympic village (Lake Placid, NY) + nearby Saranac Lake, NY. A couple of these contracts were for orgs with nationwide events.Between Nov. '18 - Mar. '20, I called PxP for 500+ games in my inaugural season and a half; 200+ from the famous 1980 Rink; 8 celebrity games featuring several 1980 gold medalists playing + coaching. Despite COVID pause from March '20 - September '21, I remained active in biz dev/planning; broadcasting, songwriting, and audio. Sept. '21, I resumed live commentary, traveling to Boston for a 3-day weekend hockey event. I was recognized 300 miles from my home location. With the upcoming BJB Shootout 9/30-10/2/22, I'm approaching 100 games of Triple-A broadcast commentary. In preparation of the '23 University Winter Games, local arena upgrades allowed me to expand contract availability to include approx. 400-500 mile driving radius. I've also commented on show jumping horses.PxP sportscaster:- Lead voice - Can/Am Hockey in Lake Placid, NY Olympic arena.- PxP/color commentator for '19 International Children's Winter Games @ Lake Placid Olympic Center.- Called live PxP for the 40th & 41st Northwood School Hockey Invitationals. Fast & loud!- Live PxP on showcase games @ Empire State Winter Games. PxP on 2 adaptive-sled hockey games. Audience provides instant feedback. I produce fan engagement, entertainment, & info. Fans/parents/coaches ask me to travel to call games in their respective home rinks. Gratitude finds its way into my work within games. These comments help me deliver a dynamic experience. A spectator commented to another, "I could close my eyes and still know what's going on." This is a natural gift. I've been compared to Emrick, Galavin, Hodge, Glickman, Thorne, and more. Show less

    • ShowNet, LLC

      Freelance Camera Operator

Lake Placid Horse Show 2019 Celebrating 50 Years. Multicam operator for Hampton Classic's $425,000 Grand Prix event 2022, multicam for CSI Greenwich international show jumping, solo cam for Hunter Stadium at HITS Saugerties (some commentary).Steady shot, with plenty of sports action/experience as both on-the-field and as spectator, student, analyst, and storyteller. In this gig, I was a quick study for hunters' over-fences class competition, as well as equitation events and hunters' derby. Experience with both Jumper and Hunter classes.Captured and edited content via clip start/stop, and identifying rider numbers for visual reference, a sort of in-scene method of graphics fx. Focused on complementing rider/horse size and cadence between jumps while riveted to the professional announcer's audio presentation. This allows that when the announcer makes an announcement regarding the rider, usually at the beginning and ending of each run, the spectator is visually in sync with the announcer. Ex: announcer comes over the speaker, "Next up in the small pony class is number 1262, the horse is "TellYouRide", owned by _____, and shown by (or ridden by) _______." From a wide establishing shot, I immediately 'tighten' to the rider number to make it easily readable by those who need large font to assist their vision.Always seeking to support my broadcast team so that everyone can deliver their best work. Responsible communications approach helped anticipate and resolve issues. In my 2nd year of 🏇 broadcasting, I proactively started commentary for jumping 🏇 . I now have commented of thousands of individual jump course trips in the past 2 years, including events in Lake Placid and the Hampton Classic. On the camera side, I was promoted to work with a LIVE multi-cam crew to cover the final Grand Prix showcase at the Hampton Classic where the prize was $410,000. Show less
