Oversaw packaging of console and door trim panel components into the Fiat 500 and Dodge Journey interior ambient. Manage engineering changes for and release of instrument panel, door trim panel, floor console, carpets and silencers. Co-designer for a 2011 Dodge Journey new NVH package design and release. Coordinate with suppliers to solve various issues. Provide support to the assembly plant.
