  - I managed to hire more than 700 new employees in a period of 2.5 years, in terms of all IT equipment (SW&HW) and technology needed, including hosting different IT courses, Help Desk Support at the senior level, and working on resolving all other infrastructure and users issues with remote help from HQ in North Carolina-USA, and some help from local sub-constructors. - I managed to establish complete new IT and telecommunication infrastructure in a new building, on 4 floors, including server racks, cables, optics, (LAN and WiFi), Cisco routers, power management, HW firewall deployment, printing servers, and all other technical services needed for work of 750 employees.- I was in charge of IT equipment procurement, including few countries besides Serbia, like Bulgaria and Croatia- I was working also on resolving complicated server and help desk issues for VIP persons (CEO level) in these countries too, and in other EU countries if needed, including England (HQ for EU operations).- Working on a massive Microsoft SCCM deployment program which was covering more than 40.000 employees, all around the world, where the company is present.
