This involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DPI equipment and associated systems, ensuring seamless network operations.DPI technology acts as a crucial data collection node within a network, providing granular insights into all data traffic. By inspecting network packets in real-time, DPI captures vital information about application usage, user behavior, and overall network health. The data collected is then used to generate comprehensive reports that are essential for informed decision-making. These reports help identify network bottlenecks, detect security threats, monitor compliance with usage policies, and optimize bandwidth allocation. They can pinpoint high-bandwidth applications or users, detect abnormal traffic patterns that may signal cyberattacks, and ensure data usage aligns with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
