      GPS/GIS Utility Systems Technician

      Joint Use Project for ConEdison down in NYC(2021) and the NYSEG Joint Use Project in Western NY.(2021-2022)West Penn Power/Vz project in Western PA(2022)We were responsible for joint use/phasing auditing under the contracts I worked under. Using ArcGIS mapping applications we collected at each telephone pole the ownerships of the power company, fiber, cable and phone companies as well as following electrical circuits to accurately pinpoint phase configurations. Depending on what the client was looking for in the contract we also collected data on antennas, power supplies, and risers. If there were any infrastructure failures it was to be reported to a provider in the contract so they can make the appropriate repairs QC/Team LeadAbout 6 months in I was promoted to a team lead overseeing the auditors that collect this data making sure their accuracy is at 97%.
