Activities include:-Analyzing cross-border transactions for compliance;-Negotiating with tax authorities and providing international tax planning and litigation support; and-Planning work, audit defense, negotiating advance pricing arrangements and documentation work for various transactionsManage client projects in the bio-pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, human resource consulting, and industrial products industries.Personally, I love to travel. I make it a point to try to visit a new country every year. I have currently traveled to over 20 countries and am striving to experience 40 countries by the age of 40. I love to experience new cultures, new food, and meet people with different perspectives than my own. I was an avid rower at the University of Rhode Island and continue to support that team financially as I previously served as the fundraising coordinator for three years while in attendance at the University. I am active in outdoor activities and maintain a private pilot license. Show less
