  JOB PROFILE:- I worked with premier and reputed Public Sector Undertakings. I have dealt matters related to 1. Commercial Laws particularly Law of Contract/tenders2. Banking laws 3. Arbitration 4. SARAFAESI ACT, DRT Act.5. Expertise in handling SLP , PIL, High Court LPA and Writ Petitions, 6. Close coordination and interaction with our reputed Advocates, Senior Advocates and Reputed Legal Firms. Briefing them and vetting/drafting of all documents/statements.7.
