I designed a system so that a user could create new customers (stores all data you would need about each customer, ID number, phone, balance, etc..), search via customer name or ID number, view customer history and create reports of customer’s activity. There were other reporting tools that provide more visibility to the company by easily showing a user Sales By Date, and a Late Movies Report. Having all information readily available helped users stay on track and saved time for more important business functions. The system made customer management easier, made it easy to process rentals/returns and manage all the rental items. Along with these options a user could edit, delete, or void transactions as well as search for movies, view customer history, and sell movies rather than rent them. Show less
