  I was part of a Project Team, who worked on the design of a new Warehouse Management Solution, to deliver a suitable product for Tesco Direct. I was fully engaged in the testing of Customer Acceptance at Digital Applications International and was also fully engaged in the implementation of this solution on site. I was fully responsible for the implementation of the brand new Flow directive in Tesco Direct, working with the head of Kazian to ensure that our Fennylock site was setup for success and the new Investment into Tesco Direct was vindicated. This included my direct recruitment, training and management of a brand new Flow Team. I was fully engaged in the design of a new Flow Control Room and oversaw it’s construction, commissioning and startup.Recruited and trained 7 Colleagues for a brand new Flow team, within a very limited time period, ensuring that the system change over and the startup of the new transformation was delivered on time. I was a member of a Project team who were executed to ensure a smooth transition between Tesco Direct's Manhattan system to a brand new Warehouse Management System. This task included working out a solution for the system changeover plan, within the designated timescales. Indentified and resolved numerous start up issues within the new Flow team, obtaining quick and efficient resolutions. Trained Tesco Direct Management teams on how the Warehouse Management System worked and how to get the optimum results, ensuring maximum efficiency.Sucessfully delivered two Black Friday/Christmas Peaks, one of which was Tesco Direct’s most successful peaks. I am very proficient in analyzing defects and working on continuous improvements of process paths, and systematic improvements, to ensure that key cost saving are achieved, while still balancing the best interests of the Customer.   Systems Integration Test Manager

  The Systems Integration Test Manager plays a key role in the delivery of the business crucial projects of the integrated mechanical; electrical and software project on time and on budget and is responsible for planning and implementation of integrated and acceptance testing of the overall Dematic solution (or assigned subsystem thereof). This includes, but is not limited to: - Ensure completed system meets functional and performance specification from sales proposal and design phase - Understand the system material flow concept and physical system layout and functional design specification for material flow host (WCS/WMS), produce testing strategies and testing documentation including Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Tests on Completion and Performance Tests - Verify specification produced by IT provider for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) - Assist in testing of WCS/WMS using simulators and emulation software and assist in factory acceptance testing of Dematic and third party equipment - Integrate equipment and WCS/WMS software ensuring full functionality following the agreed test procedures - Take ownership of the issues list during the testing phase, Provide support to site-wide commissioning activities and ramp-up support through to handover to Early Life Integration team, or customer full takeover Show less
