These are substantial programmes which will ultimately simplify BT’s technology estate, reduce costs and allow us to be agile in future development and integration. At BT, this has led to presenting sourcing strategies and deals to executives at the IT category board on multiple occasions.▪ Implemented IT category/sourcing strategies. As part of this, I have ensured that we have a ground up view of the IT application(s) in question and how they impact the delivery of each element of the strategy. This, combined with the existing and new commercial elements, is critical in delivering a successful technology change and, ultimately, reduction of OPEX spend.▪ Delivered the procurement digital transformation by working with the Procurement Garage to partner with and implement key products.
