These are substantial programmes which will ultimately simplify BT’s technology estate, reduce costs and allow us to be agile in future development and integration. At BT, this has led to presenting sourcing strategies and deals to executives at the IT category board on multiple occasions.▪ Implemented IT category/sourcing strategies.
