      • Directly accountable and responsible for $3.5 Million Dollars of property assigned to two separate units. Also managed, led, and trained 4 people. Logistically organized 4 mobilizations and de-mobilizations to forwardly deployed stations for extended periods, as well as managed the monthly movement of sections.• Drafted policy, memorandums of agreement, and standard operating procedures for both units as well as supported Arms Room operations outside of the company. • Managed and evaluated the suitability evaluations of personnel and physical security of two secure facilities. This included accompanied and unaccompanied access, intrusion detection systems, and physical barriers, such as secure blast doors, secure locks, and other physical security measures. Overall, the facilities never scored less than 95% on inspections or safety evaluations. • Managed, drafted policy, and ensured compliance uranalysis programs and procedures. Conducted over 10% testing per month of two units consisting of over 250 people. Provided more than 16 hours of prevention training over 3 fiscal quarters.• Coordinated with 9 outside agencies to accomplish evaluation, inspections, and maintenance of equipment. Also provided training to division and higher-level programs. This culminated in more than 4000 hours of maintenance, 200 hours of training, and monthly evaluation.
