  : Responsible for Melt shop Electrical maintenance as follow:- Solving PLC ( S5 & S7), DCS, drives, overhead cranes and other electrical problems concerned in SMP ( Steel making plant ). Maintaining and operate the SIEMENS PLC. LAN network type SENIC H1 (communication between CPU‘S with each other and between CPU & HMI) profibus network (Comm. between CPU & ET200).  Maintaining and solving problems of Siemens Master drives, Transformers, MV/LV Switch gears, & other related equipments. Maintain and calibrate many types of instruments such as (flow switches, pressure switches, level switches, temp. transmitters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, flow control valves with I / P transducer. Supervise maintenance of electrical arc furnace transformer tap changer, selector switch maintenance and startup again for transformer Supervise and execute the maintenance programs as per planning schedule for both preventive and corrective activities. Ensure proper spare parts management for SMP plant.
